Picking up a new book and immediately connecting with the author within the first few sentences...

....such that you could dip your pen in her ink pot, write upon the parchment that awaits for her to finish that conclusion she has kept waiting for a couple of days. You can smell the lilies in her flowerpot and munch on the onion rings that she loves so much. You can witness the flow of thoughts like a silver sheet of water under the moonlight and run amok the hinterlands of her wildest fantasies.You caress her dog, coax her kittens. You touch the books in her library, you swoon over her book collection. You glimpse the lover that she has kept hidden in the deepest chambers of her heart. You walk into the darkness where her solitude resides; heck, you can be the solace she desires.
